Preparation and execution of tenders under Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement — from estimating contract value to tender documents, bid evaluation and audit documentation.
Project and financial management
Management of approved projects: schedule, payment claims, certification of expenditure, monitoring reports and the post-completion sustainability period.
Software development
Web and mobile applications, data processing and visualisation, automation of repetitive administrative work. We build both our own products and custom solutions.
